Day 1
Paro Arrival and Transfer to Thimphu
Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your dedicated tour guide and begin a picturesque one-hour drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital nestled in the mountains. After settling into your hotel, embark on an afternoon of cultural discovery.Begin with a visit to KuenselPhodrang, home to the towering Great Buddha Dordenma statue, offering panoramic views of the valley below. Next, explore the Takin Preserve, a sanctuary for Bhutan’s unique national animal, known for its curious blend of features. Conclude your day at a vibrant local craft bazaar, where artisans showcase traditional textiles, handmade goods, and souvenirs reflecting Bhutan’s rich artistic heritage.

Day 2
Thimphu Sightseeing Tour
Today’s sightseeing tour offers a captivating introduction to Bhutan’s cultural and historical essence. Begin with a visit to Tashichho Dzong, an impressive fortress-monastery that houses the seat of government and the central monastic body. Continue to KuenselPhodrang, where the towering Buddha Dordenma statue overlooks the Thimphu Valley in serene grandeur. At the National Memorial Chorten, witness locals engaged in prayer and ritual, offering a glimpse into Bhutan’s spiritual life. A stop at the Takin Preserve allows you to encounter Bhutan’s unique national animal in its natural habitat.
For a deeper cultural immersion, you may also visit Changangkha Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Thimphu, perched on a hilltop with panoramic views. Day 3
Transfer to Paro via Punakha Stopover
First, we will travel to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan, where you can explore its diverse flora and fauna as well as immerse yourself in the rich history of the region like Punakha Dzong, Chimi Lhakhang and Suspension Bridge(longest suspension bridge in Bhutan). Along the way, we will make a stop at the iconic Dochu La Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan Mountain range. After an enriching tour of Punakha, we will drive back to Paro to conclude the day.

Day 4
Taktsang Monastery Sightseeing Hike
Today, embark on a remarkable hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang), one of Bhutan’s most sacred and awe-inspiring sites. Perched dramatically on a sheer cliff face at an elevation of approximately 3,000 meters above sea level, this revered monastery is a symbol of Bhutan’s spiritual devotion and architectural brilliance.
The 5-6-hour round-trip trek takes you through fragrant pine forests draped with prayer flags, offering breathtaking vistas at every turn.
